In the odd chance that brujo or others are still lurking about... and because I don't believe a word most naguals have to say... (hehehe)
Anyone have any experience viewing your life on a timeline that cannot exist in your.. standard.. reality? I'd like to find a way to retrieve/sustain these glimpses. I am not talking about "past lives". It may be the other's experiences, not sure... much of it seems too... solid.
If not or you have no idea what I am talking about or if I am simply delusional... well... hey good to see you.

Hello. Just lurking around.. ;D The old world doesn't have all the answers. You have limited energy or the other way around. The best way to regain a little of those AP movements is to recapitulate your life. Sit down in a dark place, focus on your egg shell. Use your belly to remenber silence, transfer all feelings into it. You should be able to shift. The goal is to sustain that subtle shift in energy. The other way to do it is to wait for spirit.. Continuity needs an abstract core.  When you come down to it. There is no way of knowing what is happening to you and yet there are infinite layers to the possibilities as the infinite becomes more accessible. brujo |

I lack discipline. But have had a lot of time to have to be here with myself this last year, and I seem to be drifting more often. For awhile it has always been a familiar place with a sense of history; often just like a memory. Perhaps I am only having difficulty arranging the sensations that come with realignment.
This has been enjoyable and I do effort to hold the placement but I have developed a poor attitude toward letting go. I will have to find a way to recapitulate.

I was just reminiscing. It is funny there have been so many mysteries I am overwhelmed. I have never solved a single mystery, only found new ones.

Curiously..
In recent weeks these sudden movements have been square on my continuous past. I have been doing a lot differently, but have not been making a conscious effort to recapitulate, excepting perhaps a certain self-examination I am using from another "method".
Occurrences still arrive during periods when my attention is captured elsewhere. Alignment is more specific, and although short and volatile, easier to maintain than the alien memories before.

Are there similarities in experience or result to the recapitulation method CC described? I have tried his method some while ago, and though I had some good review, nothing on the order of AP movement. I am curious if there is an effect of an intent to recap upon these experiences as a whole. I am also curious if the head motion and breathing are meant to hold the first attention.

helo! just forgotten speaking in english,but it does not mutter...i dont know if what i say have any sence,in english or in spanish...dont know even if any one is outthere who listen... even dont know who are those that listen...it does not mutter... once,i was recall to talk about LSD...i don´t know why i have always been recall for smoking paper for those unknown people i met any where in any bar... I had a friend that talked to me ,please,go away when i met LSD anywhre...he had a little knowledge about the sciencie of sicology...and i told him about the average of a cube in the open space,and talked him about of what contained this cube...in distance i see,i have no excuse, i was fraightened... But i saw what was it all about in a short distance... They saw all in coloure,they remenbered that all was of coloure...they saw haw beautiful was springtime...springtime to my fellow people meaned...orange trees,green...water running ...grasshopers jumping....the turn to our children eyes...i dont know how to explain....many of then died...perhaps today ...sure...i would not be here writting....
