I wonder what my heart is. Once I have seen a shining point of light right in the center of my chest. Is this where spiritual energy should radiate from and inundate our being?
Or is the heart something bigger, in the whole chest? This area is distorted with me, having some black awkwardly shaped cumbersome things. Probably having to do with never having had friends and not developed the feelings of human affection.
Can you help me?

I think that this Don Juán tell about the path with heart is not refered to its location in the chest.If it is located in any side,the heart then would have been transfered to the abdomen.I think the path with heart is felt in the abdomen.
The path with heart means that you dont act by routine.
who has friends?
Those that walk the path feel the lonelyness,they dont recognise themselves in the other.Everybody is alone,but few know that.

i think it's not the abdomen, it's the DNA (our genes), and they are in our whole body

We are speaking about sensations that we have.There are people that feel something in their abdomen,is as a hole acompained sometimes with a tickling sensation,when the unknown is faced.
There is much to discover about the DNA.I thought when I studied about DNA,that it was only refered to the physical body,but DNA olso determines the structure of the mind,besides,i think the mind can be olso there in some way.Psicologists have discovered that emotions are inheritable,as olso the arquetipic images are in the inheritance of our genes.It could explain how we can remember things or situations that we haven´t lived,or how this situations can be predicted on the future.
In our DNA is all, the animal,the human,and what the human will be in the future.The DNA stretches infinitely through the time.

You have to feel the lonelyness first...is necessary,to keep our integrety when we are among the people...this is not easy because we have to live integrated in a social structure...we want to live integrated with the people we know,but we have to keep our own individuality.We need love,but people dont love you,simply because they dont love.Is necessary to realize of that,living this hole...perhaps from this hole may come this space around us.

depends on how we define it, if it comes with the brain, its consciousness, and the consciousness of other parts of it, it sure is more than just the usual mechanical idea of it

i guess the DNA also stores "memories of past lifes", which actually have to do with our ancestors (or with members of branches of our family that aren't our direct ancestors but share some genes with us)
being the most complex molecule in our body, it can process information in the most complex ways

my idea is that our consciousness can be transferred to other carriers besides the brain (where it stems from)
not computer chips like in those science fictions, but better:
for example the stars, which are highly complex and dynamic materia
things here on earth, like stones: once had an experience with one of these ancient stone circles here in Europe where i perceived people coming up from them
or... the DNA, meaning, your consciousness stays in those of your children, children's children, ...
am not sure what this means to the Toltec's way of looking for the third attention, which should be another carrier for consciousness, maybe spacetime itself
(but hey, why go there after a few couple of decades already, when you could spend centuries and millennia in other places before.)
